Requirements
- A MINIMUM 3 (THREE) YEARS of experience as a Chef IN STEAKHOUSE and FINE SEAFOOD restaurants
- 2 years of formal education in commercial cookery.
- EXCELLENT communication (English)
- A strong understanding of various cooking techniques, methods, and AUSTRALIAN cuisine.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
