The role includes preparing and serving fresh food for our take-away kiosk, home cooked meals, and our dine in restaurant & bar.
Must have experience working in a fast-paced professional restaurant environment.
Knowledge of and passion for meeting dietary requirements, vegan, vegetarian and coeliac friendly cooking a plus.
Must be professional, self-motivated and organised, with a positive can-do attitude and strong attention to detail.
Must be a team player with the ability to work in a large team, direct staff and maintain and inspire a positive work environment.
