Location: Darwin City, Northern Territory

Salary: $75,000 to $100,000 per annum plus superannuation

Key Responsibilities:
· Operate excavators to perform tasks such as trenching, digging, earthmoving, and site preparation.
· Interpret site plans, drawings, and specifications to execute work accurately.
· Conduct daily checks and routine maintenance of the excavator to ensure its safe and efficient operation.
· Adhere to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
· Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure project milestones are achieved.
· Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any machinery issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of proven experience operating excavators, preferably in the construction industry.
- Current relevant tickets and licenses for operating excavators.
- Knowledge of excavation techniques and an understanding of construction principles.
- Strong focus on workplace safety and adherence to WHS standards.
- Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and work in varying site conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Australian work rights or eligibility for employer-sponsored visa.
