About the Role:
As the Speech Pathologist, you will report into the Allied Health Team Leader and will be responsible for:
- Assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating speech pathology services.
- Develop individualised treatment plans addressing the specific needs, goals, diagnosis, and functional abilities of each patient.
- Ensure services balance access, continuity of care, and cost-effective, sustainable solutions.
- Maintain accurate client records and required statistical data.
- Engage in professional development and contribute to team planning and quality improvement.
About You
- An experienced Speech Pathologist with sponsorship and financial assistance relocation provided.
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology or equivalent.
- Speech Pathology Australia registration required.
- Skilled in providing services in both individual and group settings, with the ability to coach parents and carers.
- Excellent time management and self-management abilities to handle a caseload of clients with varying speech conditions.
