The Role
We are currently seeking a bubbly and energetic administrator to join our Brisbane team. This person will be handling all administration, so a great phone manner and a welcoming, front-of-office personality are absolutely essential. The ideal candidate will have a lively, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude and great sense of humour. As they will be representing our business on all levels, we are seeking someone who can engage with anyone while maintaining a professional manner. A contagiously positive attitude is a must!
The successful applicant will be working directly alongside the managing director and sales managers, but will be self-managed, highly trustworthy, and reliable at all times. Time management and self-motivation are crucial.
Duties to include:
- Recruitment (strategy/job advertising/managing applications/running phone and face-to-face interviews)
- Daily sales processing
- General administration
- Assisting with payroll
- Provide support to field managers and the sales team
- Maintain a clean and professional office environment
- Organise weekly crew night and social events for the team
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be highly presentable at all times
- Have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Possess great attention to detail
- Have the ability to multitask and prioritise when under pressure
- Be driven and organised with a dynamic personality
- Experience in administration, recruitment or sales is ideal, but not essential as full training will be provided
