- About the Role:
In the role of Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include overseeing a designated kitchen section, ensuring that the dishes are prepared, cooked, and presented to meet elevated standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all dishes from the assigned section are prepared to the highest quality and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the established recipes, standards, and specifications.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Assist in monitoring and controlling inventory levels for the assigned section.
- Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination during busy periods.
Requirements:
- Completion of a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef
- Proficiency in culinary techniques and a comprehensive understanding of food preparation.
- Have good communication skills and attitude, familiar with teamwork.
