The role:
Our Aged Care division has reached an exciting phase in our growth and are now seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Aged Care desk, people leading a friendly team and billing on either a Perm or Contract Desk (warm opportunities across either area).
We are looking for someone with experience in the sector who is keen to join a warm desk with an excellent industry reputation, and holds the drive and ability continue to build on our existing relationships and make the desk your own.

Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience Recruitment Experience with minimum of 3 years in the Australian Aged Care sector
- Entrepreneurial and autonomously driven
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build ongoing client and candidate relationships
- Someone who cares about their colleagues as much as themselves.
