About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse (Aged Care), you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing person-centred care in a collaborative and evolving aged care environment. Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality care, monitor residents’ well-being, and contribute to a positive, compassionate, and engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver care aligned with resident care plans and aged care standards
- Administer medications safely and effectively (as per scope of practice)
- Monitor, evaluate, and review resident care plans to improve outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate clinical information effectively
- Provide both emotional and physical support to residents
