We are leaders in dog grooming and boutique doggy day care. The difference is that we aim to assist pet owners to manage the grooming of their pets by providing choice in product and grooming style. We are dedicated to the welfare of every dog as well as cats, rabbits and guinea pigs. We are growing and we want only the best!
Qualifications & experience
- A minimum of 2 year's grooming experience is essential as well as having a passion for pet welfare, available to work 4 days weekly and a willingness to continue updating skills. Must have current grooming experience as the ability to complete full grooms of all breeds is essential. Please do not apply if you have no retail grooming experience or require immediate sponsorship. Sponsorship will only be considered after 3 months of successfully completing all aspects of the role. Must be able to communicate clearly in written and verbal English.
Tasks & responsibilities
- You will join our talented stylists who aim to create a unique style to suit every dog.
- Duties include clipping and styling all dog breeds, traditional and non-traditional clips. Ideally you have worked within a pet grooming salon previously and able to share photos of recent work.
- All senior stylists are assisted by a junior who completes the wash and dry process.
- Must be able to complete up to 8 grooms daily.
- Must be able to work with others, communicate clearly in English and follow instructions in English
- A minimum commitment of 4 days per week is required and a minimum commitment of 12 months to the role.
- Visa holders with less than 12 months remaining on their visa will not be considered.
