A successful chef will be responsible for the following :
- Preparing and cooking a wide arrangement of food from different cuisines
- Adhering to high standards in work and food presented.
- Managing stock control
- Ensuring safety and cleanliness in workplace
- Setting up and cleaning down kitchen before/after service.
Sponsorship is available for the right candidate, based on experience and qualifications. A minimum of three years of relevant experience, including proficiency in both pan and grill cooking, is required for this position.
