- Passion for incorporating local produce and suppliers into the menu
- Supplier negotiations and relationship building
- Accurate food costing ability
- Strong leadership and team management with nurturing, calm style
- Mentoring, coaching and developing your team
- Excellence in execution at all levels, think homemade gnocchi for starters
- Energetic, fun approach in fast paced environment
- Functions and events experience
The Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Self driven, autonomous role requiring exceptional time management
- Experience in a similar role preferable
- Exceptional personal presentation
- Motivated self starter that is results driven
