Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes
- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Manage and train junior kitchen staff
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Assist with catering functions for weddings, birthdays, and special events
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
- Culinary expertise and knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
Salary:
- Annual salary of $70,000 to $75,000
