- About the Role: As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi and sashimi, working closely with the head chef to create an authentic Japanese dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide variety of sushi dishes, including rolls, nigiri, and sashimi.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Manage inventory and order ingredients as needed.
- Train junior kitchen staff in sushi preparation techniques.
Requirements:
- Minimum certificate IV in commercial cookery or higher.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sushi-focused kitchen.
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi preparation.
- Food Safety and Hygiene certifications preferred.

- A valid English language certificate (IELTS minimum overall score of 5.5, with no band below 5.0).
