Our specialty lies in our dry-aged steaks, prepared in-house with constantly evolving marinades and rubs. We are seeking a passionate and talented individual to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding service and memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparing, cooking and serving a wide range of main meals, steaks and desserts, all in accordance with our menu.
• Ensuring of food safety of dishes served to guests with special dietaries
• Clean and maintain the cooking and preparation areas and tools as required
• Ensuring correct storage of food
• Communicating and providing directions for junior chefs and kitchen hands

Ideal Candidates
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar high volume grill heavy dining venues
- Grill experience
- Have the flexibility necessary to work days, nights and weekends
- The ability to run a section without direct supervision
- Sponsorship is available to the right candidate
