Responsibilities:
- Manage a section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient operation.
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes according to the menu.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in commercial cookery or higher.
- At least 3 years of experience as a CDP or higher.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Food Safety and Hygiene certifications preferred.
