We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie or Cook for a 40 hour week rotating 7 day roster ( will include 1 day on the weekend).
The successful applicant must have a minimum of 3 years experience and hold a trade certificate being competent in all aspects of the kitchen including:
- Pass service
- Food preparation
- Seafood
- Fryer and grill
- Maintain high standards at all times of food plating
- Work clean and efficiently
- Be confident in receiving fresh and dry goods and checking and storing correctly
- Proficient using a combination oven, robot coupe, knifes, thermomix, blenders, oven
Food Safety Supervisor or food handling certification is required.
