About the role
Our company is looking for an exceptional SeniorChef to join our talented team. This is a full-time role with the opportunity for sponsorship, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates. As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences for our discerning guests.

What you'll be doing
- Manage and oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute innovative seasonal menus that showcase the best of local, seasonal produce
- Maintain strict compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Mentor and train the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies to ensure efficient operations
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a exceptional dining experience for our guests
What we're looking for
- Significant experience as a Chef in a high-quality restaurant or similar hospitality establishment
- Proven ability to lead and manage a kitchen team, with strong communication and people management skills
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations
- Passion for creating innovative, seasonally-driven menus that showcase the best of local produce
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
