The Opportunity
We’re thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join the company. Following the well-deserved promotion, we are now looking for a dynamic and experienced wine professional to take the reins and lead our award-winning wine program. This is a rare opportunity to manage a prestige list in one of the world's most stunning dining rooms.
This role offers the chance to work in a vibrant, high-end environment and contribute to the continued success and growth of our wine offering. You will play a key role in curating our wine list, training and mentoring our team, and elevating the guest experience with your expertise and passion. A high degree of autonomy is given in regards to purchasing and wine selections, allowing you to truly grow and develop the program.

Our ideal candidate will have
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Head Sommelier, hatted or similar level of premium dining restaurants
- Exceptional guest experience and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of French, American, and Australian wines
- WSET Diploma or CMS Advanced Certification preferred, but not required
- Proven experience in stocktaking and inventory management
- Familiarity with ordering and invoicing procedures
- Experience with POS system programming
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent administrative capabilities
