Our company is looking for a full time baker / pastry chef.
The opportunity on offer is Full Time with rotating roster weekly

YOU:
• Have a minimum of an understanding of pastry /baking making including weighing, mixing dough, laminating, baking using oven and be keen to learn and be trained in all aspects of professional manner .
• Knowledge of Carvery products and experience making different types of sandwiches and roasties.
• Understanding of pastry theory and use of oven
• Must have an experience in making vegan or gluten free desserts.
• Ability to work in a team of chefs
• Ability to work with a fast paced team without compromise on quality or consistency
• Ability to work unsupervised or in a team
• Initiative and highly motivated
• Perform proper and safe operation of bakery equipment and utensils
• Clear understanding of HACCP and OHS/WHS
• Punctual and well presented
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with barista work (preferred)
• Full working rights in Australia
• Sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Pay: $70,000- $75,000
