We are looking for Italian and Indian Chef, you will assist in maintaining an efficient kitchen operation, ensuring all meals are high-quality and prepared promptly. You will utilize a variety of fresh, frozen, and prepared ingredients to create dishes based on a seasonal menu, practice effective stock rotation, and minimize waste. we have Indian & Italian menu
The following skills, behaviors, and qualifications are essential:
- Certificate 4 in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or higher.
- Proven kitchen management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- full knowledge for Indian and Italian menu
- Flexibility to work various hospitality hours.
- Skilled in conflict management, maintaining composure under pressure, and thriving in an unsupervised setting.
- Minimum of 1-Years industry experience is required
