1)Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in hotel / resort / caravan park / hospitality administration
2)High level of English proficiency (spoken and written), meeting Australian visa requirements
3)Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
4)Flexible with work location and comfortable working across different departments and operational functions as required
5)Australian experience preferred but not essential
Key Responsibilities
1) Oversee and coordinate daily operations including:
2) Reservations and booking systems
3) Front office and guest services
4) Housekeeping coordination
5) Food and beverage operations support
6) Events and functions (where applicable)
7) Support overall accommodation and hospitality operations to ensure service quality and efficiency
8) Provide hands-on operational support during busy periods when required
