About the Role
The Admin and Accounts Officer is responsible for managing administrative tasks specific to the automotive industry, as well as supporting financial activities.
Booking dairy management
Daily banking, data entry and cash allocation
Consistently checking payments are up to date and chasing any outstanding payments when necessary
Assist suppliers’ invoices process and payments
Inventory Management
Preparation of quotes and invoices for approval
Data entry (XERO and MYOB)
Experience in bookkeeping- exposure to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Answering of phone calls
Monitoring emails
About You
Proven experience in Accounts Receivable OR willigness to learn
Strong organisation skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and excellent task management skills
