Our client is currently seeing an Advanced/Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner who is ready to take their career to the next level as a Clinical Lead
Responsibilities will include:
Fostering relationships with support coordinators and referral sources
Assisting with recruitment, on boarding, and performance management
Managing your own caseload - mixed clients across the lifespan
Leading team meetings and supporting a positive workplace culture
Collaborating with business and administration teams to optimise clinic efficiency
Monitoring and driving clinic performance to meet KPI targets
Providing mentorship and professional development opportunities for staff
What we are looking for:
Bachelor Degree in any allied health discipline
Endorsed at either Proficient or Advanced Level in Behaviour Support
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Organisational and time management skills to manage caseloads and meet deadlines
Leadership skills and the ability to supervise a small team
