Job description:

The Role

North Manly Tyres and Mechanical Services are looking for an experienced, hardworking and dedicated Motor Mechanic to join their busy team. We are also looking for an apprentice.

You will be responsible for the following duties:

* Carrying out scheduled servicing, diagnosis and repair work on a range of vehicles

* Have strong Diagnosis skills on modern vehicles

* Detecting and Diagnosing faults in engines, parts and electrical components

* Maintain and Repair Braking systems

* Diagnose and Repairs to cooling systems

* All Motor Vehicle Repairs

* Tyre fitting and wheel alignment

* Responsible for keeping the workshop clean and tidy and all tools and equipment in good working order

*Sponsorship available for right candidate

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

* Previous 3 years’ experience in a similar role

* Good Customer service skills

* Drivers Licence

* Relevant Trade Qualifications

* Pink Slip Licence preferred but not essential

Ability to commute/relocate:

• North Manly NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Repair, Maintenance & Installation Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
• Mechanic: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driver Licence (Preferred)
