Premier Autotune - Volkswagen & Audi Specialist & Performance Tuning

Premier Autotune is a growing Volkswagen & Audi specialist workshop located in Southport on the Gold Coast, recognised for its focus on accurate diagnostics and high-quality repairs across Volkswagen Audi Group vehicles.

Due to continued growth and increasing demand for specialist diagnostic, repair, and servicing work, we are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.

This role is suited to a technician who values OEM repair standards, advanced diagnostics, and high-quality workmanship. You will be working exclusively on modern Volkswagen Audi Group vehicles in a clean, professional workshop environment, using OEM and dealership-level diagnostic equipment and repair information.

The Role

You will be responsible for the following on modern Volkswagen Audi Group vehicles:

• Accurate diagnostics using OEM systems, repair information, and wiring diagrams
• Diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
• Logbook servicing, engine, transmission, suspension, and driveline repairs
• Maintaining an uncompromising standard of workmanship, accuracy, and cleanliness
• Performance-related work and upgrades (training provided where required)
• Vehicle assessments, road testing, and quality control

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Dealership or specialist European workshop background
• Fully qualified Light Vehicle Motor Mechanic (minimum 3 years post-trade experience)
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
• Confident use of OEM and advanced diagnostic tools
• Pride in accuracy, cleanliness, and quality workmanship

Highly Regarded:

• Volkswagen / Audi / VAG experience
• Advanced diagnostic tool proficiency
• Experience with performance upgrades
