We are looking for a Dedicated Baker and Baker Assistant to join our bakery team at Bakers Delight, Endeavour Hills. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about baking, takes pride in product quality, and works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities – Baker

• Prepare, bake, and finish bread and bakery products according to brand standards
• Ensure consistent product quality, freshness, and presentation
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures
• Manage dough preparation, baking schedules, and oven operation
• Assist with stock control and waste management
• Work cooperatively with the team to meet daily production targets

Key Responsibilities – Baker Assistant

• Assist the baker with dough preparation, baking, and finishing tasks
• Support daily production and cleaning duties
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Help with packing, stocking, and general bakery operations
• Work as a reliable team player during busy periods

• Bakery experience preferred (training can be provided for assistants)
