Rhonda's is a busy, cocktail-focused Italian pizza & pasta bar in the heart of Terrigal. We're a hands-on, owner-led venue with a strong local following, quality food, and a bar program we're proud of.

We're looking for an experienced Bar Manager / Duty Manager who wants real responsibility, autonomy, and the chance to help shape a venue — not just run shifts.

The Role

This is a senior, trusted position combining bar leadership with duty management responsibilities.

You will:

• Lead and develop the bar & FOH team
• Run the venue independently on allocated days
• Oversee cocktail service, standards & training
• Manage stock, ordering, and bar cost control
• Ensure smooth service and great guest experiences
• Work closely with the owner and venue manager

About You

You'll likely have:

• Experience as a Bar Manager, Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Bartender
• A minimum of 1-2 years of management experience in a similar role
• Strong cocktail knowledge and service standards
• Confident leadership and decision-making skills
• A calm head under pressure
• Excellent customer engagement
• NSW RSA (and RCG preferred)
