The Role

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate Barber to join us full-time in Karratha, WA. You’ll service existing and new clients, maintain high standards, and help keep the shop running smoothly day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles and products
• Deliver high-quality men’s cuts, fades, shaves, and beard trims to client specifications
• Use clippers, scissors, razors, and styling tools safely and professionally
• Provide aftercare advice for hair, scalp, and skin
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and WHS standards (workstations, tools, surfaces)
• Support daily operations and client experience from start to finish
• Process payments

About You

• Certificate III in Barbering (preferred) and/or minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Confident with fades, scissors work, and beard shaping
• Professional, reliable, and takes pride in your work
• Great customer service and communication
• Friendly, team-focused, and positive attitude
