About the Role

• You will be assisting the head chef run the kitchen
• Keeping the kitchen clean and compliant
• Run a busy service
• Team currently consists of a head chef and 2 sous-chefs
• VISA Sponsorship is available for this role

What we are looking for

• Hardworking and enthusiastic
• Reliable
• Experienced in managing 150 covers during a service
• Excellent people skills
• Someone who can multitask - cook and take orders during a service if required
• Must be available weekends and nights
