Almara designs and manufactures high-quality custom wardrobes and cabinetry in our Melbourne factory.

We are growing and looking for an experienced cabinetry drafter to join our team, reporting to our Production Manager.

The Role

• Prepare production-ready drawings in Cabinet Vision
• Convert sales designs into accurate, buildable documentation
• Apply correct materials, hardware and specifications
• Work closely with sales, procurement and production
• Identify issues before they hit the factory

We produce a steady volume of smaller custom jobs rather than long, single-project kitchen work. Accuracy and efficiency both matter.

You'll Need

• Cabinetry / joinery drafting experience (Cabinet Vision preferred but not essential)
• Minimum 1-2 years of cabinetry/joinery drafting experience required
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work at pace without sacrificing accuracy
• Practical mindset and ownership of your work
• Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates
