We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Chef to join our Japanese cuisine and breakfast kitchen team. Brunch making, deep frying, maintain cleanliness, and ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen are also key skills. Japanese and sushi experience is a bonus. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a professional environment with a focus on high-quality standards.
There will be opportunity for further training in Japanese cuisine including sushi rolling, cutting sashimi and prep.
Responsibilities:
Preparing ingredients, including cutting, chopping, and portioning food.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including dishwashing and equipment cleaning.'
Monitor stock levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients, and order ingredients.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
Help in setting up and closing down the kitchen, including equipment maintenance.
