Conqueror 4x4 Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Caravan Auto Electrician to join our team in Banyo, Queensland. This full-time role is essential to monitor the installation of the high-quality electrical systems in our premium caravans, ensuring they continue to function correctly and safely. While a qualification is an advantage, it is not essential for the role.

What you'll be doing

1. Diagnose and repair electrical faults in caravan components such as lights, batteries, solar panels, and wiring

2. Perform regular maintenance and service checks on caravan electrical systems

3. Install and configure new electrical equipment and accessories to customer specifications

4. Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients

5. Maintain detailed documentation and records of all work completed

6. Collaborate with the wider team to identify process improvements and streamline workflows

What we're looking for

1. Formal qualification in Auto Electrics or a related field

2. Minimum 3 years' experience in the Auto Electrical field, preferably with exposure to caravan and RV electrical systems

3. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex electrical issues

4. Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers and colleagues

5. Commitment to providing high-quality work and exceptional customer service

6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

7. Enthusiasm for the caravan and RV industry

8. Candidates must hold valid Australian work authorisation or visa status

9. Sponsorship is available for suitable candidates who require work authorisation
