Located in the welcoming regional town of Forbes, NSW, Jemalong Retirement Living is a 105-bed residential aged care home. We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will provide strong clinical leadership and support to the clinical and personal care teams, working alongside two Care Managers on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality clinical care in accordance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Catholic Healthcare policies
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to clinical and support staff to achieve positive resident outcomes
• Act as second-in-charge to the Residential Manager, contributing to both strategic and operational planning
• Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and accountability, with a strong focus on infection prevention and control
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold best practice standards in aged care

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated leadership experience within a residential aged care environment
• Sound knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Quality Standards, and AN-ACC assessment processes
• Strong clinical skills and understanding of age-related health conditions
• Proven ability to coach, influence, and lead multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a resident-focused approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation systems
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
• Willingness to undergo a Police Check and obtain NDIS clearance
