Carpenters / Roof Plumbers are required for a Renovation Company in Sydney NSW. These positions are full-time permanent positions. Offshore & Onshore Candidates with Skills Visa 482 are encouraged to apply.

Position Description:

• Read blueprints, take measurements, and prepare materials for construction projects such as carports, pergolas daily.
• Use hand tools or power tools to cut, fabricate, and install steel or metal roofing components as required by the project.
• Erect the building frame, roof, gutters, drainage pipes, and related items according to technical specifications.
• Report progress to supervisor, coordinate teamwork, and clean up the work area after completion.
• Working days: Monday–Friday
• Working hours: 7AM-4PM.

Job Requirements:

• 4, 5 years experience in the field.

• Good English communication skills.

• Proficient in installing frames, walls, ceilings, and roofs, and related tasks.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

• Proficient in using various hand tools and power tools such as saws, drills, nail guns, spirit levels, tape measures, etc.

• Skills and experience in working with steel materials such as steel posts and beam gutters.

• Good calculation skills for accurate material quantity estimation.

• Physical strength and ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights (2-3 meters).

• Requires meticulousness and attention to detail in the work.

• Ability to handle tasks with creative and critical thinking.

• Effective time management.
