We are currently seeking an experienced Chef or Chef de Partie to join our passionate kitchen team. Casual or full-time positions are available, with the option of a 4 or 5-day set roster. Weekend availability is essential.
The Role
This is a hands-on position in a busy, professional kitchen where standards are high and no two services are the same. You will work closely with our senior chefs and broader kitchen team to deliver exceptional food in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering consistent, high-quality dishes across service
Working confidently across pan and/or grill sections, with the ability to support the pass during service, while contributing to a highly collaborative, team-focused kitchen environment
Thriving in a high-volume, fast-paced venue
Maintaining excellent food safety and kitchen standard
Contributing positively to a professional, supportive team culture
About You
Trade qualified chef
Proven experience in fast-paced restaurant or premium hospitality venues
Calm, organised and efficient under pressure
A strong team player who takes direction well
Passionate about food, quality produce and continuous improvement
Professional attitude, reliability and a positive mindset
Weekend availability is essential
Own transport or ability to commute to Manly (free parking provided)
