About the Role:
Wilson Brewery in beautiful Albany is seeking a talented and motivated Chef / Cook to join our team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy kitchen environment and takes pride in producing high-quality dishes consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard in a fast-paced kitchen
• Confidently handle larder, grill, pasta, and pizza sections
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
• Work collaboratively with the team and lead by example
• Deliver excellent food quality with a customer-first attitude

About You:

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in busy kitchens
• Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Positive attitude, reliable, clean, and professional
• Willing to relocate to Albany, WA (we can assist with finding accommodation but cannot provide it directly)
• Previous experience in a brewery or high-volume venue is highly regarded
