We're looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our kitchen and help us deliver the fresh, flavour-packed food our customers love.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Preparing and cooking pizzas, pastas, and other menu items to a high standard
• Maintaining kitchen hygiene, food safety, and stock control
• Valid food safety certification required
• Supporting menu development and specials
• Working efficiently under pressure during busy service times
• Leading and mentoring kitchen assistants and cooks

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a similar chef role (Italian cuisine or fast-paced kitchen preferred)
• Minimum 1-2 years of chef experience required
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
• Pride in presentation and consistency
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• A positive attitude and genuine love for food
