We are looking for an experienced and passionate Thai Chef to join our busy and friendly kitchen team.

About the Role:

• Prepare authentic Thai dishes including curries, stir-fries, noodles, and specialty items
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance
• Assist with stock control and ordering
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

About You:

• Proven experience cooking Thai cuisine
• Strong knowledge of traditional Thai flavours and techniques
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Available to work evenings and weekends
