We are a well-established Indian restaurant in regional NSW, currently seeking a Chef or Cook and Restaurant manager with strong experience in Indian cuisine. Recent graduates from Commercial Cookery are encouraged to apply.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in preparing authentic Indian dishes (curries, tandoori, biryani, snacks, etc.)
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and commercial kitchen operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality
• Diploma in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (recent graduates welcome)
