Chef / Cook Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience preferred

• Experience in Indian cuisine highly regarded

• Knowledge of curry preparation, tandoor, and kitchen operations

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality management

• Ability to manage staff, rosters, stock control and customer service

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of POS systems and daily reporting
