About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Chef to join their kitchen team on a full-time basis, preparing high-quality cuisine in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, season, and cook dishes in line with menu requirements
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and OH&S standards
• Monitor food preparation and cooking times during service
• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

About You

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery (preferred).
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a busy environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
