We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering quality pub food.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll run your section during service and support the kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality meals for locals and visitors alike.
Your responsibilities will include:
Running a section during busy lunch and dinner services
Maintaining food quality, presentation and consistency
Supporting prep, stock rotation and kitchen organisation
Working closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth service
Assisting with training junior team members where needed
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
Ability to handle busy service and maintain consistency
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Passion for pub food and efficient kitchen operations
