About us:
Public Dining Room is a contemporary fine dining Restaurant located on Sydney's beautiful Balmoral Beach in the affluent suburb of Mosman, seating 120 guests, featuring fresh local ingredients while incorporating global culinary influences. Since opening in 2008 the Restaurant has built a loyal following with the Mosman locals and is known for its quality food and warm professional service.
About you:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Loves an exhilarating service & a kitchen that produces top quality food
Excellent organisation and communication skills
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player, who will be responsible for coordinating a section and running the service
A high level of hygiene standards and personal presentation
Have a passion for food and demonstrate a creative flair.
Working alongside the head and sous chefs, you will have ownership of the section!
