Emu Hall Bar & Kitchen is one of Western Sydney’s most iconic venues — a fast-paced, high-volume, multi-outlet destination known for exceptional food, great vibes, and a strong focus on quality. We are now expanding our kitchen team and are looking for an experienced, passionate Chef de Partie to join us.
What We’re Looking For
We want someone who:
Has solid experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up
Can run a section confidently during peak service
Maintains exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation
Works well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Is reliable, well-presented, and a strong team player
Follows all food safety and hygiene standards
Can assist with prep, stock rotation, and daily kitchen operations
Brings good communication and a positive attitude
Has the right work attitude, is honest, and shows strong punctuality and commitment
What You’ll Be Doing
Running your section smoothly during service
Preparing dishes to Emu Hall’s standards
Working closely with the Head Chef & Sous Chef
Ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency in the kitchen
Supporting junior chefs and maintaining a strong kitchen culture
Contributing to menu execution and consistency
