We're looking for talented and passionate Chefs to join our Country Hotel kitchen in Regional NSW!
You'll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and bringing creativity to our menu.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present meals to a high standard
• Manage kitchen operations and staff
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards
• Assist in menu planning and food costing

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chef or cook
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills
• Passion for great food and hospitality
• Minimum 3-5 years of chef or cook experience required
• Head Chef level position with kitchen management responsibilities
• Visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates
• Current food safety certifications must be held
