We're looking for talented and passionate Chefs to join our Country Hotel kitchen in Regional NSW!
You'll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and bringing creativity to our menu.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and present meals to a high standard
Manage kitchen operations and staff
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards
Assist in menu planning and food costing
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef or cook
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management
Excellent time management and teamwork skills
Passion for great food and hospitality
Minimum 3-5 years of chef or cook experience required
Head Chef level position with kitchen management responsibilities
Visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates
Current food safety certifications must be held
