About the role

Old Killcare store is a modern cafe bistro specializing in a variety of cuisines open for breakfast and lunch focused on using high-quality produce. We are looking for a motivated and a passionate Chef or Cook to join our professional staff and grow within the role!

Duties and responsibilities will include

• Daytime shifts only, finishing around 3pm
• Help to Produce innovative and delicious breakfast lunch food experiences.

Create high-quality dishes in our collaborative team of 4 Use your passion & experience as a Chef to help with ideas & learn the recipes of our menu

Skills and experience

• Prior experience as a Chef or Cook in a comparable cafe/ restaurant
• Passion for cooking and creating
• Minimum 1 years in a fast-paced cafe/ restaurant environment
• Experience in breakfast/brunch and modern Australian cuisine is preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

• Fast paced service, attention to detail, consistent plating, food preparation, baking, clean & hygienic, reliable, ability to work under pressure
• Work ethic in a positive team environment
