KUSHI2095 is a modern Japanese yakitori izakaya located in Manly, one of Sydney’s busiest dining destinations.

We focus on charcoal-grilled yakitori, quality Japanese flavours, and a fast-paced but supportive kitchen culture.

We’re looking for a capable Chef who enjoys responsibility, teamwork, and growing with a stable venue.

The Role

• Work as part of a professional kitchen team in daily operations
• Handle grill, yakitori, or assigned sections during service
• Maintain food quality, consistency, and kitchen standards
• Support the team and contribute to a positive kitchen environment

• Experience working as a Chef in a professional kitchen
• Interest in Japanese cuisine or grill-based cooking
