We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, positive kitchen environment and enjoys creating great food for guests from all over the world. You'll work closely with our Head Chef and General Manager to deliver quality dishes, maintain high standards and contribute to an exciting, growing venue.
What You'll Be Doing
Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
Assisting with menu planning, specials and food presentation
Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards
Supporting stock management, ordering and kitchen organisation
Working alongside FOH, bar and events teams
Helping deliver consistent service during busy periods, events and group bookings
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef or Cook
Strong kitchen skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
Reliable, positive attitude with good communication
Understanding of food safety requirements
Current Food Safety certification must be obtained within 3 months of commencement
Creativity and passion for great food
Certificate III Commercial Cookery or equivalent formal culinary qualification desirable
