- Supervise and train kitchen staff, delegate tasks, and oversee all kitchen stations.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet restaurant standards.
- Assist with menu and recipe development, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Step in to cook and manage service as needed, especially during busy periods.
-Job Requirements:
- At least 1 years' experience as a Sous Chef/ Jr. Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role.
- Experience in running in a fast paced cafe.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluency English.
- Meticulous in hygiene and food standards.
- Must be currently in Victoria.
