A brand-new American inspired steakhouse and bar is riding into Surfers Paradise this November. Focused on great food, warm service, and high-energy entertainment. We will deliver a dining experience packed with flavour, fun, and personality.

We’re looking for skilled and enthusiastic kitchen professionals to join our opening team. Whether you’re a confident grill cook, a talented pizza maker, or an experienced all-rounder, this is your chance to help shape one of the Gold Coast’s most exciting new venues.

We’re looking for

• Proven experience in busy kitchens, especially in grill or pizza sections
• Passion for quality ingredients, bold flavours, and consistency
• A positive, team-focused attitude with pride in your craft
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Reliability and a hands-on approach
